By requesting a quote, ordering, or accepting service from CommercialDoors, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
CommercialDoors sells, installs, inspects, and services commercial door systems across Canada. We supply doors, frames, hardware, and operators from manufacturers including Clopay, Wayne Dalton, Raynor, Garaga, Cornell, Cookson, and Northwest, and dispatch our own and partner-certified technicians for installation, NFPA 80 fire-door inspection, and 24/7 emergency repair.
Customers must:
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted lead times are based on manufacturer published lead times at the time of quoting and may change due to supply, freight, or job-site readiness. Orders for custom-sized or special-order doors are non-cancellable once submitted to the manufacturer.
All doors and operators carry the manufacturer warranty published in the product literature. We additionally warrant our installation labour for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion. Warranty service does not cover damage from accident, abuse, modifications by others, neglect, or failure to perform manufacturer-required scheduled maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommercialDoors’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a quote, sale, installation, or service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific door, opening, or service call giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-interruption damages.
We may modify these terms at any time. The revised version applies to quotes issued and orders placed on or after its publication date.
